Kids Junior Club for all.

This will commence onWednesday 7th October 2015 from 3:15pm – 5:15pm. This club is for children with autism aged between 4-11 and also mainstream children to promote a more positive attitude to children with autism in the community.

Our aim of the kids club is to promote social inclusion and participation. Our objectives would be for children with autism and non-disabled participants get to participate in programs in their community with their siblings, school friends and neighbours, learn from their peers who serve as role models to help them with social skills and communication, receive preparation for adult life in the community. Peers: learn empathy and are exposed to diversity. Our youth begin to see people first and the disability second. Become comfortable interacting with people with disabilities. See that people with disabilities are like them in many ways, and that they have unique strengths along with their challenges.
